Abstract: The article tells about implementation of intellectual management system and motivation methods definition subsystem. The article emphasizes problems of decreasing "unreliability" of management elements and selection of optimal motivation methods of activity each employee taking into account personal characteristics and psychological features. The motivation methods definition subsystem selects such motivation methods which have been based on specific features of employees. The Article describes some aspects, which were used for subsystem developing.
